Assignment Details

Our client is a boutique consultancy for high growth consumer businesses and they are looking to on board a strategy & investment expert for one of their clients who has advised clients in the fashion Industry.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Combining analytical and creative elements, whereby using specific data to devise a short- or long-term strategy to position the brand and build market share.
- Conduct Primary and Secondary research to devise the business plan.
- Able to assume and forecast financials for the intended boutique fashion brand.
- Able to to quantify the opportunity, have a precise strategy , right price positioning, distribution plan , and above all the investment required.
- Develop strategic decks for senior stakeholders to enable them to take a decision.
- Create brand strategy plan, providing guidelines to the client on how to look at the opportunity to build a boutique fashion brand.
