Our client, an analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing company, is looking to engage with a Consultant-Demand Generation APAC, to help take company’s growth to the next level. The overriding responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of multi-touch high quality demand creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will lead a team of demand generation specialist in their efforts of prospecting for new business from current and new customers across a variety of segments.
This role reports to the Senior Director Demand Generation and will work closely with the APAC Field Marketing, Business Development and Global Marketing teams. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, action-oriented and have a strategic mindset. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity, and offers the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the development, management and execution of innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive the MQL and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates to optimize campaign design and performance to foster strong sales and marketing alignment.
• Lead the region in developing and executing Digital Marketing plans that drive demand and growth, working closely with field marketing, commercial, product and segment groups.
• Collaborate with APAC field marketing leadership to develop the marketing strategy and annual campaign plans to meet regional revenue and pipeline growth targets.
• Manage the demand generation process in APAC, working together with global and regional marketing resources, sales, communications, product and segment marketing.
• Support and partner with the marketing and business development teams to develop appropriate demand generation strategies and tactics to drive growth, maximizing coverage and penetration.
• Share best practices, effective regional strategies, and high ROI campaign approaches with the global and regional marketing teams around the world.

• Relevant experience in B2B demand generation in the Life Sciences industry
• Strategic thinker who loves rolling up their sleeves, executing and seeing the results of their team’s effort
• Strong leadership and best practice experience, able to coordinate and integrate field marketing activities across the regions
• Demonstrable record of building effective relationships and programs with partners
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with an inbound marketing sales funnel
• Experience working with and implementing digital marketing programs
• Additional language skills would be preferred
• Willingness to travel, when safe to do so, up to 20%
• International experience would be an advantage
• Culturally aware and able to adapt marketing strategies for different regional needs.
