Our client, a leading Not for Profit humanitarian organization, works in public health, education, and women empowerment. They are looking to engage with a Sate Lead who has led a large-scale team in Health & Nutrition domain, to drive their initiatives in a major state program.
Our client has been implementing a major health and nutrition program across one of India's largest states. They are now setting up for a new phase of implementation where the program and key interventions will be transitioned to the government and existing state capacity.
As part of this, they are looking for a seasoned professional who has led multiple large programs, ideally with the government to help them with the following initiatives:
1. Think through an implementation plan for the transition
2. An approach to transitioning key pieces of the program - which govt department/entity is best suited to take it over
3. Identify any new infrastructure that needs to be created - skills, hardware, etc.
4. Drive interactions with key internal and external stakeholders - including senior government decision-makers in the state - to facilitate the program
Location: On-site: Patna, Bihar
Capacity: Full-time
Duration: 3-6 months (strong possibility of extension)
Skills Required
1. With a minimum of 20 years of strong experience working with Not for Profit
and Government projects in Public health, Nutrition or related sectors
2. A must-have experience in leading large-scale teams
3. Strong Research & Knowledge Management experience
4. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Stakeholder management
