Our client, a leading Not for Profit humanitarian organization, works in public health, education, women empowerment. They are looking to engage with a Monitoring Learning & Evaluation consultant for their project.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Gauge Monitoring, Learning, Evaluation and assessment needs from all program units of Care India - current and expected in the next 3 years
b. Phased activity plan for the Research & Knowledge Management Center - quarterly plans from Apr’22 to Mar’24 + Annual plans for Apr’24 to Mar’26
c.Phase-wise HR/staffing and financial budget planning to establish the Research & Knowledge Management Center starting Apr’22 - plans up to Mar’26
d. Draft job descriptions of key leadership positions of the Research & Knowledge Management Center
e. Landscaping/Situational analysis of similar Centers/organisations specialising in Knowledge Management - including within International secretariat as well as external
The project requires full time support for a duration of 3-6 months.
Skills Required
-Hands on experience of working in Monitoring Learning and Evaluation projects
-Strong Research & Knowledge Management experience
-Strong data analytics experience of working with large corporates/consulting firm
-Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Stakeholder management
