Assignment Details

Our client, a leading development sector organization, has worked on various public health concerns such as education, and poverty. They are looking to engage with an advisor who can work with the senior leadership and program teams to develop a guide them on:

1. Digitisation of all the internal processes to facilitate data-driven management and achievement of strategic goals
2. Approach to digitising all the content developed across programs - that would be used both as internal learning materials as well as for external dissemination
3. Thinking through how they can leverage technology better to deliver training for all ongoing and future programs. This would including potentially developing (or leveraging) an LMS (learning management system) to enable training. This LMS could eventually also be leveraged to offer Training as a service (TaaS) as a service line for the sector

Capacity - 2 days a week
Location - Remote
Duration - 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Skills Required

1. Mastery of information management, systems analysis and computer programming languages
2. Experience in the digitisation of LMS and developing TaaS
2. Communicate technology strategy to partners and senior stakeholders
3. Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
4. Knowledge of latest technological developments and business philosophies
5. Delivery focus with quality
6. Ability to take ownership and drive and self and others
7. Good communication and analysis skills
