Assignment Details

Our client is a leading not-for-profit organization which is working in the education, poverty & public health sector. They are looking to engage with an L&D Organization Design Consultant to drive specific key programs in their organization, who will be closely working with the Senior Management to strengthen the systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develops and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training
5. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of
learning opportunities
6. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
7. Track budgets and negotiate contracts
8. Has a full understanding of the various business units and their specific training
requirements
9. Embraces and implements various types of training
10. Tracks budgets, negotiate contracts, builds and maintains relationships with
third-party training providers
11. Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses
12. Assess the success of the development plans and modifies where necessary

Location: Delhi, Onsite
Capacity: 3-4 days a week
Duration: 3-4 months

Skills Required

-Skilled in setting up and operationalizing Functional Academy and how gaps can be addressed (including the methods to address them)
-Deft in liaising with various stakeholders across business levels
-Strong skills in developing tie-ups with leading research organizations/publications for capability & perspective building in the community
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Expertise in designing capability development programs, including delivery and sustenance planning
