Key Responsibilities :-
1. Analysing industry trend information to improve company image and brand value, with the use of the IMS database & presenting it to the decision makers & influencers of the client base
2. Analyse, primary and secondary data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to provide insights into the healthcare research related objective
3. Champion market research & strategic projects to ensure "superior customer insights" are attained
5. A strong capability in the area of data analytics tools to drive marketing & commercial related business decisions is needed.
1. Ability to coordinate effectively with all internal stakeholders to work out technically & operationally viable business proposals.
2. Interpret and analyse research data and insights to create a compelling story that meets project and research objectives.
3. Promote continuous improvement through research and analysis of queries/data quality control and seek efficiencies in work practices.
4. Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients by taking complete ownership for the queries.
5. Strong interpersonal, organisational, written and oral communications skills
6. Curiosity to know and understand complex business challenges and apply various research approaches
7. Accuracy & Timely submission of MIS & reports
