Assignment Details

Our client is an investment firm are looking to engage with a consultant who can due diligence and financial document review alongside building financial model as well as presentation decks for investment.

Key Responsibilities :-
Participate actively in due diligence work streams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax and legal due diligence).
- Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modelling.
- Monitoring market trends and closely tracking existing portfolio assets to support investment / divestment decisions.
- Acquisition of the asset as well as refinancing the debt that comes along with the asset.

Note :- Currently a WFH but may require working on site in Delhi as well as travel to meet the potential investors.

Skills Required

- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with an attention to detail
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to independently lead a work stream from driving the research and analytics to developing hypothesis
