Assignment Details

Our client, an international Social venture that enables land regularization in urban areas, is looking to engage with an experienced consultant to synthesize and develop high quality marketing collateral that can be used for investor conversations

Key Deliverables:
1. Support in identifying potential investors (e.g., pension funds, family offices) that could be of interest, based on investment preferences and profile.
2. Working with the senior client team to develop a quality set of materials to support an investor roadshow that highlight the unique combination of financial and social impact offered by the bond
3. Communicates the proposition for investors are aligned with the nature and quality of materials and pitches the investors would be reviewing.

It is expected that there will be 2-3 versions of the collaterals, to best target the various segments of investors the client will be speaking with.

Note: This is a 2 months project requiring remote support

Skills Required

- Experience with a top tier management consulting firm
- Hands on experience in developing investor pitches and collateral
- Investment background (PE VC) will be a plus
