Assignment Details

Our client is an international professional services firm and they are looking to engage with an Project management officer who can help them

The responsibilities of current role may include:
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Help manage, build and effectively leverage client relationships
• Assist leadership to take strategic decisions
• All commercials related to consulting engagements
• Work with internal and client teams to develop and implement work plan
• Work closely and collaboratively with teams to analyse client operations, gather data, brainstorm
potential options, and make recommendation
• Conduct appropriate market research and analysis to provide insights to client team

Skills Required

• 3-8 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in managing large and complex programs
• Prior experience in driving client engagements and programs. Experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing client interactions independently.
