Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in brainstorming on and preparing for the role at the G20 on public health
-Interact with internal and external stakeholders to conduct primary research on new thematic areas for support.
- Actively interact and facilitate communication and participate in collaborative efforts related to G20 with all programs staff, partners, collaborators and funders, including industry, academia, government agencies, multilateral health organizations and non-governmental organizations.
- Conduct secondary research to support the creation of deliverables as and when required.
- Synthesize information and data and communicate key insights in conversation and documentation.
- Prepare for external partnership meetings, including meeting participant briefs, agenda, and key action items from the meetings
- Coordinate with external partners on collaborative discussions and deliverables
- Work with leadership to strategize on external partnerships
- Draft blueprints, policy briefs, and other work products, under guidance, to requests from G20 representatives.
- Adhere to timelines provided and proactively identify and escalate risks in a timely fashion

4-10 years of experience in working with a business/strategy consulting firm or strategy/business development functions or planning departments in development sector organizations in the Public Health domain is a must
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed graduate school. A Master’s degree in management or public health will be an added advantage.
- Proven effectiveness while working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently.
- Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
- Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
