Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global non-profit organization, is looking to engage with a Senior Strategy Consultant for Policy Research, Strategic Analysis and Documentation for a duration of 6 months.

As a leader in Health Equity, client is looking to provide support to India’s G20 efforts and presidency via multiple streams of engagement, focused on health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertaking analysis of the health priorities for the G20 members, collectively as well as individually, as well as India’s priorities as the G20 President, using secondary literature review, information in media, documents provided by various sources and input provided by team members, the Government of India and other key stakeholders;
- Lead the documentation of G20 strategic roadmap for establishing and activating mechanisms to respond to future pandemics and other similar products;
- Steer and execute work related to knowledge management and policy research on global and national policy initiatives on diagnostics, therapeutics and vaccines, under the ambit of G20;
- Work pro-actively in the timely production of monthly updates, presentations and contribute to developing the strategic communication products, presentations, etc. under the guidance of the project lead and the core team;
Identification of journal for publication and submitting for the same.

Skills Required

-Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in public health, biochemistry, microbiology or equivalent
-At least five (5) years of experience in policy analysis, public health advisory and in management consulting
-Prior experience of working in vaccine, therapeutic or diagnostic policy development either in India, regionally or globally, is desirable.
-Articulate communicator, excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language essential), with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a small team in a global environment. Open, engaging, and transparent work style with a global perspective and mindset; ability to work effectively with colleagues from myriad of cultures, backgrounds, and geographies.
-Self-motivated, with leadership abilities.
-Ability to travel up to 20%.
