Assignment Details

Our client, an international nonprofit global health organization is looking to onboard a Consultant -Medical Oxygen Management. They are working with the state governments to conduct training needs assessment, develop training plans and training calendars to address the capacity gaps identified and support the state by providing resources (content and qualified and skilled trainers) to strengthen their capacity to manage medical oxygen systems.

Key Deliverables
1. Detailed training modules (contents as per the subject mentioned under the section-scope of work), as per the branding guidelines provided by PATH.
2. Conduct four rounds of training – two rounds on oxygen therapy and two rounds on oxygen audit by qualified and experienced subject matter experts (SMEs) in line with the agreed training calendar, plan and timeline and Training Reports.

Skills Required

• Work experience related to oxygen management.
• Previous experience of working in cross-functional teams (or a matrixed organizational structure).
• Strong communication skills, capacity to understand situations, project scenario and translate effectively into communication collaterals for stakeholders and partners.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
