Our client is an international, nonprofit global health organisation and are looking to engage with Finance & Procurement Expert who can help them in strengthening of institutional capacity of NCDC and its branches.
Key Responsibilities :-
-Ensure Financial information and assistance.
- Assist in Procurement of Goods & Services, Vendor Management and
Management of out-sourced support services.
- Assist in making audit reports and budgeting of program.
- Support the officers of the division for internal and external communications.
- To devise an action plan for monitoring implementation of the project.
- To deliver financial review report of implementation of the project.
- To create monthly physical and financial progress reports of the project.
- Support the project team to strengthen the procurement process of the
NCDC and support in financial and administrative management of overall
project
- M. Com/MBA/ICWA from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in accounts/Finance.
- 3 years in Audit/Procurement through GeM portal. Working experience in Government- Health Program will be preferable.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, ability to work in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills, and a good network of contacts with key stakeholders.
