Assignment Details
The role of the consultant in the project will include:
i. Conceptualization and design of user interfaces for applications and overall designing of NCDC website as per NCDC, MoHFW requirements
ii. Responsible for undertaking inputs from stakeholders and translating into government service requirements
iii. Creating user-centered designs by understanding NCDC, MoHFW and government requirements, and user feedback
iv. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
v. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
vi. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
vii. Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
viii. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
ix. Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
x. Incorporating NCDC and MoHFW’ s feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
xi. To design, engage with various digital systems, surveillance portals ( HMIS portal, other vertical programs etc.) and data analysis across the health programs under MoHFW.
xii. To design and facilitate strengthening of IHIP platform and integration of data of One Health, LIMS, and Climate Change surveillance platforms with IHIP to facilitate the data analysis.
xiii. To design, enable and facilitate Interoperability by developing uniform/ common data standards across the various digital health portals which would empower the decision makers with evidence-based policy feedback systems.
xiv. To design and support operationalization and integration of LIMS with IHIP.
xv. To design and assist/ guide formulation of a policy for One health and assist in strengthening of One Health surveillance mechanism.
xvi. All such tasks require to be embedded in the NCDC under the MoHFW
xvii. Any other relevant tasks as required and assigned by ADB, NCDC, MoHFW or the other government institutions related to One Health.
Skills Required
- The consultant should have at least B.E./ B Tech/ MCA and MBA from a recognized University or Institution.
- He/ She should have a work experience of at least 7+ Years in IT implementation assignments and should have worked in at least two (2) projects in data analytics/ visualization assignments.
