Our client, an international management consultancy firm is working to revamp the SME sales – across both direct and indirect channels / through both strategic and tactical initiatives – for a leading services player in Thailand.
To support the project they are looking to engage with a Sales Consultant to function as the deputy to the head of SME channel, to support managing the existing channel and team setup.
i). Define and implement best practices / processes to drive all channels, supporting with commissions models, partnerships, product push, sales scripts, tele sales push, etc.
ii). He/she will work under leadership from a leading consultancy firm, with guidance from Partner, but will be responsible for key workstreams and will be required to work largely autonomously, in deep interaction with key client team members and representing the consultancy firm.
iii). Any other related tasks that may be entrusted upon.
*The project will be for a duration of 3-6 months depending on the requirement*(Bangkok)
-Experience in B2B / SME sales management, channel management, sales partnerships management, typically in telecom / ICT / system integrator sectors.
-Ideally has had exposure to or ownership of sales targets / target setting.
-Strongly preferred past experience of working with consulting firm / teams.
-Ideally 5+ years' experience , however considering an ideal candidate that has relevant experience.
