Assignment Details

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company and is looking for junior human resource consultants.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the annual people cost planning exercise
- Prepare and communicate the annual people cost budget to all BU/ Functions and ensure complete alignment
- Monitor and govern the monthly expenditure of all BU/ Functions to maintain control on expenditure
- Perform analytics on people cost to generate data and insights to support various stakeholders in their plans to achieve people cost
- Prepare annual PC budget of HR function, share regular reports and insights to support the function achieve overall HR strategy
- Manage HR OPEX process including planning, allocation and reporting
- Lead HR Analytics and associated reporting process
- Leverage digital for analytics and reporting
- Prepare various Organizational Reports
- Training HRBP

The project is 6 months long and requires full time support from remote location.

We need candidates between 2-8 years of work experience.

Skills Required

- Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
