Assignment Details

An Indian Multinational Hospitality Chain is looking to engage with a Consultant - SEO/SEM Specialist for desktop web. Role & Responsibility - 1. Strategize and Execute growth strategies for Weddings business by way of new user acquisition, driving conversion and increasing AOV.
2. Ownership of complete offline and online acquisition, CRM campaign management to drive business objectives – Leads Generated will be primary KPI for this role.
3. Stakeholder management with Field Sales and Tech Teams.
4. Solution orientation in problem scenarios.
5. Implementation and Planning rigor for key projects management.
6. Agility to handle last minute changes.
7. Cost Management and deliver of overall ROI for the business.

Skills Required

1. Handled online user acquisition and growth.
2. Experience of 6+ years in similar or other challenging environments.
3. Understands the market dynamics - and how to navigate effectively
4. Challenges the status quo in marketing and conversion and comes up with No Cost growth strategies.
5. Has deep interest in how acquisition and conversion works.
6. Uses data to take decisions - Dashboards, Segmentation Analysis etc are a way of thinking for them
