Our client is a top leading financial services company and is looking for a Project Management & Implementation consultant. The key deliverables of the project are as follows-
1. Project identification based on the need from the stakeholders
2. Clearly define the project scope and lifecycle and clear deliverables at each milestone
3. Identifying the stakeholders, resource commitment and responsibilities of each of the actors of the project
4. Detail out the project plan for the requirements, work as per project plan on an on-going basis
5. Conduct Value chain analysis and Hypothesis testing
6. Perform a Cost/ benefit analysis on Project Outcomes
7. Digitization of the project management setup, deployment of
tool to track the progress of the project and regular updates,
assign roles and responsibility on the tools. (Jira, Trello, MS
Projects, Zoho etc.)
• Masters or equivalent professional degree holder
• Experience of 10-12 years (Consulting experience in project management preferred)
• Prior work experience in BFSI sector is mandatory
• Experience of working with and implementing project management tools mandatory
• Having experience of managing large transformation projects and working with multiple
internal and external stakeholders is mandatory
• Prior experience of setting up digital MIS(es) to track progress on key delivery outcomes
• Ability to communicate across diverse team
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder environment especially experience of working with C-Suite Management
