Assignment Details

We are looking for brand manager who can help us build and implement the brand strategy and penetrate rural and semi-urban/ small town areas.

The consultant will primarily be responsible for:
1. Developing and executing brand management plans for semi-urban and small towns
2. Liaising with the marketing agency to ensure timely brand deliverables and deploy the same
3. Preparing unique and innovative marketing strategies and implementing the same with help of the brand/marketing agency
4. Identifying brand-building areas and implementing strategies in sync with the brand marketing agency
5. Leveraging customer insight data to refine brand management.
6. Helping promote uniformity and consistency of brand
7. Coordinating objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments and effectively

There would be fair bit of travelling involved for research and related work

Skills Required

Should have strong Brand Management experience of at least 4-5 years

Good experience in development of the marketing mix, working with agencies to create strong advertising, media management, below the line activation.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively with a knack for quick implementation for ideas

Strong research and analytical skills

Proven track record in developing branding and marketing strategies

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
