Our client is an Health & Wellness focused food brand and they are looking for a HR consultant who can help them identify the organizational & people requirements and drive the people agenda to help achieve the organization goals.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Develop and drive the long-term HR strategy for the Org.
• Implement all CoE team initiatives such as talent management, learning and development, performance management, annual salary review etc.
• Develop strategies & execute a robust action plan to increase employee engagement levels within the Org.
• Work with the various teams to drive HR related KPIs and SLAs
• Plan and implement various Employee Engagement activities
• Talent Acquisition: Drive fulfillment of open positions by adhering to TAT guidelines
• Promote a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with various teams & working groups
• First point of contact for any grievance raised by the organisation personnel & provide resolution as per the company guidelines
• Accountable for effective communication of all HR related activities to employees & leadership team on a periodic basis.
• Work closely with HR teams in sharing of best practice for recruitment, learning and development, reward and recognition etc.
• MBA or equivalent in Human Resources
• HRBP experience of min 2 years (tier 1 B school) & min 4 years (tier 2 B school)
• At least 1-year HRBP experience in a fast-paced start up environment
• Recruitment experience is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Should thrive in an agile culture and ability to be flexible with job duties & scope of work
