Our client - Financial arm of an Indian multinational conglomerate are in expansion mode and they have huge indents to be hired in RCMB & HFC and are looking for a consultant who will be focusing on sourcing of profiles and support in closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Facilitates recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection).
- Establishes and maintains open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs.
- Sources candidates, consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities.
- Develops and maintains an effective recruiting network
- Determines job offer, working with hiring manager and business unit HR as appropriate. Coordinates job offer process.
- Trains and orientates supervisors and employees with respect to recruiting procedures, effective interviewing skills, and applicable laws.
Note :- This project requires 3 days on site support and rest 3 days will be work from home.
- 2+ years of experience working in recruiting
- Proven experience of working in recruitment. Ideally within HR recruitment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in the written word
- Must be analytical, driven, forensic, tenacious, persuasive, and a good listener
- Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
- Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
