As a business transformation data scientist in the Strategy and performance transformation team, you will work with multiple functions to:
• Deliver actionable insights through in-depth data mining and data analysis
• Build analytics model for varied use cases across such as:
o Sales Propensity model for lead qualification and prioritization
o Marketing mix optimization model for enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of marketing spend
o Demand sensing and forecasting by geography/ customer segments
o Predict probability of churn
o Dynamic pricing model for B2B customers
• Create effective data visualization for tracking and monitoring of pre-defined KPIs across sales and marketing
• Communicate insights and action plan to business team
• Understand areas of optimization with respect to consumer incentives, discounts and schemes
• Create a VME model (Variable marketing expenditure model )to analyze correlation between pricing and revenues
NOTE - This is onsite project and the consultant will have to be based in Mumbai/Bangalore
• 3-5 years of experience in companies like Musigma, Deloitte, KPMG, EXL analytics
• Hands on experience in sales & marketing analytics projects across industry environments (Preferably Automotive), having developed the ability to articulate strategic recommendations based on data analysis
• Well versed in programming languages such as SQL, Python and ETL frameworks
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as segmentation, conjoint analysis, linear regression, logistic regression etc.
• Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau
• Excellent communication skills to present / report data insights
