Our client is an Indian industrial and services conglomerate, looking for an Intranet Content and Campaign Manager to join their team and help them create and deliver engaging content and campaigns for their employees-
As an Intranet Content and Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Curating content from different stakeholders across the organization and ensuring it is relevant, accurate, timely and consistent with our brand voice and tone.
- Driving adoption and engagement of our intranet platform by designing and executing innovative and creative campaigns using various channels and formats (e.g. newsletters, videos, quizzes, polls, gamification, etc.).
- Collaborating with the intranet platform team to provide input on the user experience, functionality and design of the intranet.
- Managing the intranet editorial calendar and ensuring alignment with the overall internal communications strategy and objectives.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in content creation and management for digital platforms, preferably intranets or internal communications channels.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Creative flair and ability to produce engaging and compelling content and campaigns for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with intranet platforms, and content management systems
- Strong project management, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
