An Indian general insurance company
Our client, a Leading Insurance Firm from India is looking to engage with a consultant to help with Business process management and change management for operational processes such as New business/ Underwriting / buy online/ policy servicing / customer complaints/ Work flow / Ops Risk Management.
The resource would be a part of the PEX team driving “Business Process Management” Framework across organization. Creating Online SOP workflows, Change Management, Process Roll out and SOP management
Key Project Deliverables -
- Creation of version-controlled SOP repository
- Creation of online workflow for Process Change Management right from raising the request to completion of the change (inclusive of approvals
- Creation of Version change management tracker
- Launch formal Process Roll Out communication in standard template
- 5~10 years’ experience in the field of Life Insurance/BFSI Operations
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA) with a understanding of insurance/BFSI processes
- Hands on experience in creating process flows and Value stream Maps, documenting SOPs
- Hands on experience in creating SOP repositories on portals such as SharePoint, BPM etc
- Excellent writing skills
- Stakeholder management
- Good interpersonal skills
