Our client, a leading Insurance Company, is looking to engage with a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator.
Roles & Responsibilities-
- The Consultant will be responsible for tracking of digital marketing campaign performances, gathering reports and publishing the marketing dashboard as per the expected timeline.
-Drive and manage campaigns reporting; define, measure, and communicate key performance indicators for each. with the intent of acquiring leads and engage customers.
- Collating customer level data and user segment users fittingly to identify opportunity areas in the customer lifecycle.
-Gather requirement for campaign optimization and coordinate required to run it, such as Ad banners, landing pages, analytics, and A/B Tests
-Participate in designing and executing the lifecycle strategy to drive content consumption, repeat purchase and upsell.
-Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams to ensure timely tracking & reporting
-Take end to end ownership of all activities involved in optimization planning and tracking impact.
-Effectively utilize multiple communication tools such as push notifications, email campaigns, on-site and in-app messaging to target users with relevant and personalized communication.
- Monitor and track data for campaigns and compile cross platform report on the results of campaigns, determine areas for optimization and improvement.
-Experience in handling multichannel data formats in structured & unstructured format and curating requirements, coordinating, gathering & building various cross-channel marketing analytics reports & dashboards.
-Must have experience in omnichannel environment and in launching impactful A/B tests, customer experience enhancement campaigns.
-Need to have the ability to successfully track multiple campaign performance running at the same time while handling cross -platform campaign reporting.
-Experience in using at least 2 digital analytics tool like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and should have working knowledge of multiple campaign platforms and their data layer.
-Well acquainted to Marketing automation and CDP platform like Adobe Campaign, Target, Clevertap , Webengage etc. or similar ones
-Must have project management skills and have a talent for working under pressure
