Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food service company, is looking to engage with a Product Strategy Consultant who can help with the frequency improvement of repeat customers.

Work involves:
1. Get 60% of orders online and 80% of these are on their own app. The average frequency of purchase is 4.5 times per year.
2. Want to understand how to increase this
3. Diagnose and see how the funnel is working, conversion and completion rate vs drop off, and comparison with best-in-class metrics.
4. Identifying how to increase frequency by
a. app optimization
b. targeted/performance marketing
c. CRM
d. improving delivery (for people who dropped off after 1 purchase)

Skills Required

1. Proven experience in online/offline retail/QSR space.
2. Experience in Sales & marketing- Retail/E-commerce platform.
3. Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
6. Possesses a creative way of thinking
