Assignment Details

Our client is looking for Analytics and AI head to deploy AI and Analytics for measurable business results visible in the following metrics:
Revenue, Direct Cost and Resource Productivity

Responsibilities:
1. To embed Analytics and AI in all data-based decision making
2. To replace human effort with algorithms where the latter are proven to be as reliable
3. Grow the team upon successful PoC both within and without the organization to meet the above requirement

The project is 6 months long and requires full time capacity from Bangalore location.

Skills Required

- Experience of 10-15 years in building analytics and AI solutions
- Presently managing a team of 2 but responsible for building the team to meet the longer-term expectation from the function
- Proven expertise in handling large transaction data to build models at individual agent level (e.g. consumer, retailer) for revenue or profit maximization end goals
- At ease with building and pushing PoC proposals internally
- Acceptable understanding of organizational processes (Finance, Sales) that helps identify potential application areas
- Experience with managing resources (vendors, reporting colleagues and budget) to deliver results within promised time
