Assignment Details

Our Client , an Indian boutique consulting firm is looking for a professional experienced in roads sector to develop a risk monitoring framework for toll road project, which covers:
(i) Identifying the major risks of toll road projects covering the entire toll road segments;
(ii) Developing comprehensive fiscal risk model to ensure the project meets the financial obligation that is guaranteed by the government, particularly from major risks as follows:
- Delay of construction,
- Major design change and cost escalation,
-Traffic volume,
- Interest rate,
- Idiosyncratic risk and force majeure, and
- Currency risk;
(iii) Building the advanced risk analysis for specific major market risks;
(iv) Recommendation on the performance-based key performance indicators, where applicable in the monitoring report especially during the operation and maintenance stage; and
(v) Evaluating the existing monitoring report of the project and providing recommendation to improve the report quality.
The final outputs of the work are expected to be delivered in advanced risk analysis for specific major risks, comprehensive fiscal risk model, recommendation project report template and capacity building to end user staff.

Skills Required

-Person with approximately 10 years of professional experience in transportation modeling
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in statistics, transport engineering or economics.
-Any experience with international organizations like World Bank/IFC etc. will be preferred.
-Language : Bahasa and English
