Our Client is an Indian biopharmaceutical company who is looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition who can deliver, implement and monitor strong TA processes and policies, talent acquisition operations and innovation. Anticipates and plans for long-term recruiting organisation needs and ensures global Talent Acquisition policies and processes are in place to enable business growth.
Job Responsibilities :-
Provide seamless delivery and continuous improvement for all aspects related to Talent
Acquisition operations keeping processes, systems, and compliance at core of delivery
Support activities and initiatives associated with change management involving automation and
digitization in Talent Acquisition
Consult with business leaders and TA leads to gather data needed to improve policies and
practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support a diverse workforce; ensure
recruiters comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for
applicant tracking and onboarding
Develop, manage and oversee the functional staffing budget and manage expenses within
budget allocations along with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition
Manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting
agencies, job boards, background companies and other outside contracts.
Provide Recruitment analytics to senior management as required.
Drive Employer Branding and Gender Diversity initiatives
- Strong experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter
and specialist experience in TA innovation & operations
- Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruitment process
- Analytical Skills, Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate assertiveness while maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Project / Program Management
- Conversant with technology
