Assignment Details

Our client, a Pharma company, is looking for a onboard a HRBP consultant who will be responsible for formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The incumbent maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit & its functioning, its goals and its culture. This position will also require strong HR analytics and reporting background.

Responsibilities :-

Employee Engagement and Communication
 Engage with line managers and employees, coach and counsel employees when required collect feedback & address employee grievances. Drive town-hall meetings/ communication meets for respective businesses at regular time intervals
 Work towards ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners
 Manage the employee confirmation process
 Participate in employee conduct related investigations
 Work on cultural and employee engagement/support related interventions
 Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
 Work on employee retention and conduct exit interviews to gain feedback to work on any internal improvement areas
 Conduct and manage programs for each business function

Talent Management
 Work on identifying top talent, Map top talent to critical positions, focus on individual development plans and support succession planning
 Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure support in effective hiring process

Performance Management
 Support the performance management process with regards to goal setting, performance discussions, annual reviews and consequence management

HR Analytics/MIS & Data Management
 Work on HR Dashboards and reports across organisation
 Maintain employee database and prepare periodic HR MIS, reports and analysis for the respective customer groups
 Review SAP/SF data along with timesheet related data and liaison with business/HR Ops team to make any required correction
 Maintain the organization chart regularly

Skills Required

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
- Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
