Our client, a well-known social sector consultancy organization with entrenched presence – which provides a range of services to private sector, not-for-profit sector and government organizations on CSR, sustainability, impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation, programme implementation, women empowerment and social inclusion – would like to revisit its business model in order to chart a future roadmap of growing to be amongst the leading social sector consultancy organizations in India. They would like to engage with a Consultant who can support them on this.
Key responsibilities:
i) To conduct a 360 degree assessment of the capacities of the organization vis-à-vis the market
ii) Review current preparedness of the organization for growth and propose comprehensive strategies and recommendations.
A detailed scope of work will be provided to the shortlisted consultants, followed by a formal presentation by shortlisted candidates on their understanding and proposed approach before finalization.
-10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strategy/management consulting experience is preferable
- Ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Presentation skills
