Scope of Work
1. Market validation including sizing the opportunity at play by segment and geography
2. Market analysis including
a. Understanding needs and pain points for customers by segment
b. Mapping and benchmarking key competitors and their GTM strategy
c. Analyzing existing price points and strategy
3. Synthesizing the learnings from the analysis, secondary research and expert interactions (including inputs from the extended senior BD team) to develop a hypothesis around the strategy for the company. This will include
a. Use cases to test by geography and the potential size of the opportunity for each
b. Target customers to fo after and approach
c. Broad pricing approaches
4. Outlining a broad business plan for the use cases and geographies prioritized
Duration- 8 weeks
Capacity- + 2 days/week
- Consulting experience with a consulting firm
- Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
- Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis
- Understanding of market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
