Assignment Details

Our client, an emerging Pesticides Manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Business Strategy Consultant with good business knowledge who will be performing the following roles & responsibilities:

- Recommend opportunity areas by analyzing and interpreting Data and making comparative analyses e.g., cross selling products/services.
- Drive analysis and assessment of the industry and specific markets, across multiple dimensions.
- Work with the growth and strategy teams to apply these learning into customer strategies.
- Provide tools/enablement for managing PMO
- Analysis of industry trends and competition using primary / secondary research.
- Create a Robust Project Management Methodology
- Guide / make important business decisions alongside creating Dashboards.
-Provide hands-on support to the entrepreneurs in addressing business growth issues & framework for assessing successful business models.

Skills Required

1. Good knowledge & experience within Pesticides industry is preferred.
2. Advanced Business Analysis and Financial Modelling skills with hands-on expertise in Advanced MS-Excel.
3. Good Business acumen along with doing hands-on Research & Data Analysis.
4. Experience working before with promoter families / home businesses is an add-on.
5. Excellent Project Management skills for quantitative process mapping and improvements.
