They believe in bringing learning out of the book and into the 21st century. It strives to improve the rate of retention for students to more than 90% by using new-age learning methodology and experiential content.

Assignment Details

Our client, an EdTech startup, is looking to engage with a consultant to design a scalable Performance Management Framework for their rapidly growing start-up. The team comprises 400+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop the right performance management framework given the stage/pace of growth and culture- identify options and help us hone in on the right answer that works for the startup.
2. Outlining how the PMS framework would work across the 25-26 departments and across job roles and levels - structure and process.
3. Outlining the process to be adopted by each department to cascade the KPIs to each person therein.
4. Overseeing the KPI development and providing feedback where needed.

This project requires part time capacity for the duration of 2 months.

Skills Required

- Prior experience of designing performance management systems and KPI frameworks is a must
- Experience of working in a fast growing startup will be a huge plus
- Ability to understand the culture of the organization.
- Good communication skills & ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong execution capabilities & result orientation.
