Assignment Details

Our client, a leading ed-tech startup, is looking to engage with a market research consultant. Roles and responsibilities include :

-Carry out market research for new programs that the client plans to launch in India.
-Carry out research to understand the student demand for courses in specific areas in data and technology domain
-Carry out research to understand the employer demand for specific roles (number of jobs, market size)
-Understand the supply-demand gap in the market
-Carry out competitor analysis for specific courses
-Conduct interviews with industry experts to understand the gap in the market and establish required candidate profile for the course
-Recommend candidate personas, which the marketing and admissions team can use to target prospects
-Recruit subject matter experts (SMEs) to work with Springboard as consultants during research and development
-Develop detailed curriculum outline by working with SMEs and hand it over to the program team/instructional designer

Skills Required

The candidate should have experience in
-Strategic planning; ability to integrate different data points to generate insights and develop a business plan
-Planning for market research
-Developing survey questionnaires and other market research instruments
-Conducting 1:1 interviews
-Conducting focused group discussions
-Data/technology domain
