Assignment Details

Our client, a leading ed-tech startup is looking to engage with a PMO Consultant - Software for a duration of 4 months in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities include :

- Closely work with the CTO and a junior team to devise a plan for the transition of the company from Monolit to Microservice architecture and from Python 2.7 to the latest version - refactoring the whole base
- Undertake End-to-end project planning including estimation, resource planning, etc.
- Be responsible for managing stakeholders, working with team-members and ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables
- Spearhead planning of the project, decide scope of software product, schedule tasks and events
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of the project by issuing progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project

Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of new technologies, information systems, database structures, and programming languages
2. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
3. Excellent time-management and organization skills
4. Exposure to core-consulting skills (presentation skills and client management skills)
5. Ability to take ownership and drive teams
6. Ability to work with senior stakeholders
7. Solid communication and analytics skills
