As we have gone through the first quarter of business launch, we have identified a few critical positions which have to be filled on an urgent basis. Hence, we are looking for talent acquisition person to help us with these hiring.
Responsibilities include:
• Finalizing JDs by coordinating with relevant team members and publishing them at the right places
• Creating a pipeline of prospects by seeking applicants and working with recruitment consultants to generate prospects and execute initial filtration
• Leveraging various other sources to attract talent like employee referral scheme, job portals, newspaper advertisements, walk ins and headhunting etc. to optimize recruitment cost and improve employer branding
• Follow through for the entire process till on-boarding, documentation and other tasks as they become a part of the process
• Working on key policies or process excellence to ensure internal controls in system
The hiring requirements are diverse ranging from junior to mid management roles such as Marketing manager (communication), Inside sales associate, Marketing analyst, Course development (ID expert) with project management capabilities, Career services manager etc.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
• Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong decision-making skills
