Assignment Details

The client is a leading Ed-Tech Startup and is looking for a consultant to help them on-board a host of mentors for their new key initiative.

The consultants role will include:

1. Owning the client's new mentor hiring efforts to help them hit aggressive growth goals
2. Recruiting exceptional mentors for their programs and help to scale to hundreds of mentors around the world
3. Sourcing a strong pipeline of mentor candidates so that they can scale quickly without sacrificing quality
4. Pitch the client's mentorship to prospects on LinkedIn and convince them to apply while also getting them excited about impacting student lives
5. Identify and test new ways to attract mentors (marketing, partnerships etc.)

The consultant will be working out the client's office in Bangalore.

Skills Required

1.Love learning about a new field (like data science) and quickly become fluent in technical subjects so they can confidently assess candidates
2. Be a good judge of character
3. Be great at selling
4. Have 1+ years experience in Recruiting roles
5. Having experience in a IT field will be an added plus
