Assignment Details

We are planning to start a tech focussed Housing Finance Company (HFC) targeting affordable housing segment in South India which would involve:

a. Laying out building blocks to start a HFC
b. Industry trends, regulations and competition
c. Business plan formulation and go-to-market strategy
d. Tech requirements and tech road-map

We are therefore looking for a consultant who has good expertise and understanding of scaling HFC’s in affordable housing using technology and local connect in B & C towns to help us support on all the above aspects.

Skills Required

Good experience in working in HFC’s like Aavas Financiers, Gruh Finance Limited, Aadhar home Finance, Aptus home finance

Strategic consultants who have worked on Housing Financing sector (with focus on affordable housing)
