Assignment Details

Our client is looking for a seasoned strategy consultant to work on several discrete projects with the client's India Country Office Strategy team.

Responsbilities:
- Lead, coordinate and project manage the set-up of an expert advisory panel for the foundation’s work in UP and Bihar. This will involve close coordination with the respective state, MLE, SPM, Family Health, Legal, and other Deal/Investment Team members to pull together the final list of experts to invite to the panel, drafting the full set of documents that need to be in place to set up the panel, managing communication with the shortlisted experts to organize the first meeting, and pulling together the set of pre-read and in-meeting documents needed to facilitate these meetings.
- Draft a grantee DEI measurement profile/framework, finalize the framework and list of partners in consultation with the SPM and Program teams, coordinate execution of this plan, and identify/execute additional DEI related efforts (e.g., landscaping potential domestic grantees in specific domains to enhance DEI).
- Assist in drafting 1-2 annual planning/strategy review documents and/or strategy projects as needs arise.
- At least one meeting organized with the expert advisory panel in the next 6 months
- At least 10 key grantee DEI profiles completed in the next 6 months
- Report on landscape of potential domestic parnters in at least one domain area of our work in the next 6 months
- At least 70% of the speaker sessions as listed in the foundation’s DEI learning plan is completed

Skills Required

- Experience working for Non profit/Development is must
- Prior experience in a top tier management consulting firm is a must
- Solid ability in research and analysis
- Excellent ability to analyse and present insights, valuations
- Strong communications and analytical skills
- Excellent ability to analyse and present insights, recommend strategies
- Stakeholder management + team oriented
