Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet foods is looking to engage with a Functional Expert - SAP.
The purpose of this role is to manage the process ,governance, policies, standards and tools related to Master Data Management and related platforms including Customer Master, Vendor Master, Material Master and Production Master within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Preparation of Business case as per requirement.
2. Feasibility check alignment with Global Mars IT and other relevant stake holders.
3. Responsible for successful UAT script and sign off from end user.
4. Clear the bottle neck during the Project phase.
5. Contributes to high standard of accuracy in Master Data Management.
6. Detecting data gaps, identifying functional data owners, and driving them to develop data cleansing
plans based on data gaps.
7. Identifying data requirements for current and future state local business processes.
8. Effective communication with stake holders and cross functional team to ensure right system process
and business continuity.
9. Managing security access for India business and training & development to end users.
10. Evaluate internal customer satisfaction, define, and implement improvement activities based on these
results.
- The associate will be responsible for overseeing the daily requirements related to SAP/Atlas and ensure business continuity by providing support to operational team.
- The associate will also responsible to enhance the current process on managing Master Data and provide regular training to relevant team members.
Skills Required
1. Education & Professional Qualification -
UG: Any Graduate - With Supply Chain/ Logistics specialization, B.Tech /B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: MBA with specialization in Supply Chain /Logistics
2. Knowledge/Experience -
At least 4-6 years of experience in Master Data set-up /maintenance preferably in FMCG environment
Understanding of workflow processes and experience in managing data flows with internal stake holders.
SAP system Knowledge
Excellent Excel skills
