Assignment Details

Our client, an AI-Driven Product Design Company is looking to engage with a Senior Brand Manager for a 3-4 months onsite project based out of Bangalore.
The Consultant would be reporting to Chief Business Officer (CBO).

Key Deliverables:

1. Brand & Visual Identity:

- Define and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop visual assets (still and video) for various media and platforms, aligning them with the brand guidelines.
- Oversee packaging design, ensuring it reflects the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure the UI design for the website and app aligns with the brand's visual identity and provides an optimal user experience.

2. Content Strategy and Creation:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms and media channels.
- Create engaging and compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, and other content platforms.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content experts to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.

3. Social Media Strategy and Management:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
- Create, curate, and manage social media content across platforms to drive brand engagement and awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and community analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

4. Social and Offline Community Management (BTL):

- Foster and nurture an active and engaged online community, building strong relationships with brand advocates and customers.
- Develop and execute offline community initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.
- Manage user research initiatives, gathering valuable insights to drive product and marketing improvements.
-Drive BTL activities to increase awareness and grow sales

5. Team Leadership and Agency Management:

- Manage and lead a team of associates, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the achievement of goals.
- Collaborate with external creative and social media agencies, providing clear direction and managing project timelines and budgets.

Note: This is a 3-4 months project based out of Bangalore and requires full time capacity. Client is flexible with location & capacity.

Skills Required

1. MBA or equivalent degree in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in brand management, communication design, and social media, preferably in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully building and managing brand identities and online communities.

4. In-depth understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and best practices across different platforms.

5. Experience in identifying and managing influencers and content experts to drive brand awareness and engagement.

6. Solid knowledge of social media analytics and community management tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
