Assignment Details

Our client, one of the largest skilling companies in India, is looking to engage with a consultant to carry out IT/tech audit of internal systems, processes and CRM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Assess where the current tech stack stack and areas of improvement
2) Benchmark best practices and conduct a gap analysis between current practices and benchmarked best practices
3) Identify how technology can aid- the operations of the organisation to become more lean and efficient
4) Advise of whether to build of procure tech tools for identified areas of improvement
5) Strategic planning and advice on incorporating or integrating information technology systems to increase commercial efficiency

The project duration is 2-5 days, on-site in Bangalore.

Skills Required

1) 8+ years experience in setting up internal technology stacks for large organisations
2) Experience in building technology from scratch for fast growth companies
3) Mastery of information management, systems analysis and computer programming languages
4) Knowledge of latest technological developments and business philosophies
5) Good communication and analysis skills
