Assignment Details

We are keen to revise and improve the training program currently running for our partners to make it more effective and engaging. We are therefore looking for a consultant who can support us on the following -

1. Attend 6+ training programs conducted across various centers in India and provide feedback
2. Review data on feedback on the training across parameters
3. Make suggestions on content and delivery of the current training format, and help craft a strategy to develop the workforce on key skills that have been identified as priority
4. Provide inputs into the design of potential workshops and other training approaches prioritised
5. Provide input into new modules, formats and content needed for the program

The consultant will be required full-time for the initial 1 month to run the diagnostic and recommend the changes needed. Post that, we expect part-time support to provide input into the new content/format being developed and seeing how it runs for a couple of cycles

Skills Required

- Strong experience in training, especially with blue/grey-collar workforces
- Understanding of the frameworks, approaches and concepts used in this space
- Ability to provide suggestions ideas keeping in mind the needs of the audience
- Strong domain experience with high learnability and facilitation skills
- Ability to connect / engage with participants
