Assignment Details

Our client ,a UK based Management Consultancy, is currently working on a project for a PE firm. The client wants to engage a Japanese speaker to help with translation and interviews to help the team. The target is a Japanese conglomerate active in semiconductors. The PE firm would like to run a due diligence across the portfolio of the conglomerate outside-in – to understand for each of the business segments the market, competitive positioning of the target and value drive.

Key responsibilities:
i). Assist the team with the translation (Japanese to English)
ii). Work and support the team on any deal-related tasks

*The project will be for a duration of 5 weeks(remote)*

Skills Required

- Language : Japanese and English (Mandatory)
- Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively
