KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop strategic alliances with various stakeholders
a) Educational Institutes/Colleges/Universities across the country
b) Member Co.s across all regions
c) Training partners & Assessment agencies
d) Government – State or Central
2. Planning and execution of Projects, focusing on volume and revenue.
3. Building Positive relationship with Educational institutes and Corporates to
a) Understand and capture possible areas of intervention
b) Workout a suitable value proposition
c) Workout execution plan aligned with academic calendar
d) Implement the plan in coordination with all stake holders
e) Review, evaluate, analyse and course correction, if required.
4. Periodic internal report and review of target v/s actuals
5. Extensive travel within a region (one or more States pan India).
Note :- The project is based in Mumbai/Pune for a duration of 12 months, involving full time capacity.
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarise complex information in a clear and concise manner.
2. Proven experience in Relationship management in education domain.
3. Customer-oriented mindset & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
4. Good Negotiation/Influencing Skills
5. Willing to travel.
