Assignment Details

Our client is a Non- Profit Trade Association of Indian Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

* Drive end to end Program Management for Business To Customer.
* Organising programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the program.
* Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the program.
* Creating and managing long-term goals.
* Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
* Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
* Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
* Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
* Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
* Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
* Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
* Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
* Analysing program risks.
* Working on strategy with the marketing team.

The project is based in Delhi (NCR) for a duration of 12 months, involving full time capacity.

Skills Required

* An MBA/ master’s degree in business management, statistics, or economics will be preferred.
* 5-10 years of experience in Consulting/ Governance/Public Policy sector with prior experience into Data Collection, Strategy Creation, Goal Management,
Monitoring and Evaluation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarise complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Knowledge of working in the talent and skilling landscape is preferred.
* Should possess business and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO/VP/Director level.
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organisation skills.
* Ability to work both as an individual contributor as well as in a collaborative team environment.
* Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs.
