Assignment Details

Our client is a Non- Profit Trade Association of Indian Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

* Keep Industry bodies and other stakeholders engaged with a view to drive user acquisition (academia, Training partners) and enable deployment of talent (employers), communicate the value proposition to the partners on supply and demand side of talent development
* Drive adoption on the Platform by actively listening to users, clients and liaise with platform team to drive changes
* Own the strategic account map for all major clients and liaise with Business to Business Customer to ensure alignment in communication and account mapping.
* Ensure partner feedback is converted to corrective actions and timelines
* Maintain rapport with digitally influential people (having a large follower base) and other influencers for building up positive sentiments of the scheme.
* Liaise with analytics leader to track and report positive, neutral and negative sentiments, besides channelizing and drafting a plan to work out and neutralise negative sentiments
* To provide inputs on enhancing the reach of the scheme using innovative/interactive ideas and promotional materials through various mediums
* To participate in workshops and seminars across India with a view to promote the scheme and maximise the mobilisation of learners.

The project is based in Delhi (NCR) for a duration of 12 months, involving full time capacity.

Skills Required

* MBA preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarise complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to set goals, set up review cadence and achieving agreed outcomes
* Ability to manage different stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player.
* Willing to travel.
