Our Client is looking for a experienced Consultant who can conduct high quality training sessions and workshops for their team in communications, crafting and delivering presentations and improving teamwork.
Someone who is an expert in Soft skills such as effective communication with good verbal skills like public speaking, negotiating, presentations and writing skills, High presentation skills and team work.
The project would be less than one month in duration, where the consultant has to travel to 3 different locations for the training.
The project involves:
1. Planning the sessions in consultation with internal stakeholders and in line with
best practices in the field
2. Delivering and conducting the workshops/training sessions as agreed
3. Defining metrics obtain feedback from the team and administering the same
4. Delivering learning on what worked vs improvement areas for future interactions.
1. Extensive experience in delivering training's on of skills and business communications is a must
2. Prior experience in a large, professional organisation will be preferred
3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
